 The F828, which I’m currently deciding whether to hang onto or let go of. I’ve had this baby for two years, around 10,000 images and great success. 8 megapixels, CFII, nightshot (meaning Infrared). |
 The DSC-S85, my first nice digital. 4.1 megapixels, excellent image quality, the only thing I didn’t like about it was the speed/responsiveness. Took a while to be ready for its first shot due to having to wait for the lens to extend. |
For the first time ever, I have preordered a gadget which has not yet been released. It is the new Sony ("Alpha") DSLR-A100, a fantastic new entry to the Sony line of digital cameras. 10.2 megapixels, all the features of a DSLR costing 2 to 4 times as much. I ordered it with the standard 18-70mm lens and the 75-300mm lens. I’m very excited. I should have it by the end of this month, just in time for Captiva pictures.
